Refund and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Policy

Heera GG UAB provides digital goods and virtual delivery services. Most orders are fulfilled within 1–30 minutes of payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours depending on service availability or security checks.

Digital delivery is completed via:

  • In-game trading or drop-off
  • Live chat or on-site messaging
  • Email communication

If you haven't received your order within 24 hours, contact us at contact@heeragold.gg or through live chat.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services (digital and often instantly delivered), all sales are generally final once fulfilled.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered within 24 hours
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • Technical failure on our side prevented delivery
  • You cancel before the order is processed

To request a refund, email contact@heeragold.gg within 24 hours of your order. Include your:

  • Order ID
  • Brief explanation
  • Proof of payment (if applicable)

Each request is evaluated individually. Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method and may take 3–10 business days depending on your provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • The service has already been marked as delivered
  • You change your mind after delivery
  • Issues arise due to game bans, rule violations, or third-party actions beyond our control
